The caring staff make this an awesome practice. Dr. Austin remembers prior visits and is thorough in his exams. Did a drop in visit on Saturday and was quickly seen. I highly recommend this as your pet's vet practice!

I love your staff, especially Angela. I'm never treated differently just because I own rats instead of cats or dogs. They have cared for many of my 55 pet rats over the years and always let go me back to spend that last moment with them before they cross the rainbow bridge.

The staff is pleasant,the veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, both large and small animal, PLUS they can handle the exotic animals too!!! Been with this clinic for most of its existence, very happy with the service we get!!!

We are praising God for Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital! We are so grateful for the professional and personalized care that our sweet rat terriers have received from all of the staff! We are especially thankful for Dr. Schatz who is the best veterinarian in the world! She always treats us like family! She and Dr. Hertzog and Dr. Davis took such great care of us when we had to put both of our geriatric dogs down earlier this year and now we have Reba, our new pup! What a blessing to have such a great group so close to home!

Everyone at Lee’s Summit Animal hospital are always so upbeat and willing to help in anyway possible. They always make us feel reassured by their professional demeanor. I have unique patients 2 spider monkeys and travel a fairly long distance in order to work with Dr. Hertzog. He is kind and knowledgeable with primates and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my two babies!!
