Amazing service and care! I took my cat in 4 days ago for a teeth cleaning. We asked that they call prior to adding any procedures they deemed necessary. Dr Schatz called me to let me know my kitty was doing well but they felt they need to pull a few teeth and provided great rationale. Teeth were pulled, and medications were sent home for pain and prophylactic antibiotics. My cat has bounced back so quickly and looks great! I am so happy with her care. This place is a blessing. We’ve been taking our pets to Dr. Herzog for years. They have managed to keep up a “hometown” business attitude. They’re one of the few places that will allow you to make payments on your bill. Thanks to that we’ve been able to get the care we need when we need it. I’m thankful for them this week especially. I recently had a kitty dumped somewhere near my house and she ended up under my steps. I was looking for a Vet for her and LSAH came up at the top of the list. Everybody there was wonderful and Dr. Rodenburg took excellent care of my little Sassy kitty, and also inadvertently gave her the name. Thank you all!!!!

Very few veterinarians want to have piggys as patients so I am very grateful for Dr. Hertzog and Dr. Bach for taking such good care of my babies and so many other rescues KCPRN brings to them, as well as having reasonable pricing in spay & neutering.
This place is excellent! Our cat Midas has a heart condition and other Veterinarians were turning him down for neutering. They all wanted $900-$1100 for a full pre operation work up. We simply could not afford that but wanted the best staff for Midas. Dr. Theiss made us well aware of the higher risks with the heart condition. We decided we liked this place and Dr. Theiss and took the risk. He is a miracle worker. Midas made it and we were prepared for the worst. We are so so thankful for Dr. Theiss and his excellent team.
