I took my dogs to Lee's Summit Animal Hospital for 20 years. Our kids' favorite doctor was Dr. Gary Austin, but every one of the staff members there is really wonderful with the animals and the animal parents. We moved to Montana and I wish I could have taken Dr. Austin with us! I can't say enough about this place - even through the loss of 5 of my fur babies over the years, the compassion shown by the people at this animal hospital is more than just above and beyond. I have been going to LSAH for many years. My pets and I are always treated so well by Doctors and Staff! I have large and small animals. It so assuring to know we can always count on their help when we need it!
Dr. Hertzog is fantastic! He saved my cat years ago by coming in after hours on the weekend and operating on her. I can't say enough good things about him. And he's as great today as ever! Took wonderful care if my precious Excalibur today. He's such a special man and a spectacular vet.
