I've been a Legally Mine customer for a year. Up until now, they did everything they promised. Every question was answered, and when I needed help someone emailed or called promptly. All the documents were clearly marked and explained. Personally, I see this as an insurance; kind of like the car insurance, which is good to have, but you hope not to have to use.

Look at the contract very closely. I signed up at a medical conference after a good presentation. Legally mine preys on physician fears about litigation, and unfortunately I signed up. After getting home I realized I should research a little more and talk to some asset protection attorneys in my state. Long story short, I decided I didn't want to use the legally mine services so I contacted them notifying them I wanted to cancel. Terrible company. Do not waste your time or money. They are ruthless and unscrupulous. Still fighting to have my $1300 refunded. Have received absolutely nothing in return.

Like other reviews I've read, I too fell prey to a very good sales pitch saying how vulnerable my health care practice is to litigation. My natural skepticism kept me from committing to their entire program fee but I did allow a one-time fee of $150.00. This fee, I was told, would hold my account open to the seminar price so long as they fulfilled my request for more information in the form of a webinar.
