I got multiple calls from the same sales guy in one day. Salesguy over-promised the capability of the legal team and ended up having to admit they were unable to handle my situation. The legal team responded promptly and professionally but the sales and "accounts team" (same guy) would not issue the refund promptly despite admitting their ineptitude. If you are a small business owner at a conference, beware fear-mongering! This may be great for people with millions in assets, but WAY overdone and over-priced otherwise. Got sucked in at a veterinary conference, talked into leaving credit card number while I went to check on some things. Came back, card had been run, was assured I would be refunded if not satisfied. I've been a Legally Mine customer for a year. Up until now, they did everything they promised. Every question was answered, and when I needed help someone emailed or called promptly. All the documents were clearly marked and explained. Personally, I see this as an insurance; kind of like the car insurance, which is good to have, but you hope not to have to use.

Look at the contract very closely. I signed up at a medical conference after a good presentation. Legally mine preys on physician fears about litigation, and unfortunately I signed up. After getting home I realized I should research a little more and talk to some asset protection attorneys in my state. Long story short, I decided I didn't want to use the legally mine services so I contacted them notifying them I wanted to cancel. Terrible company. Do not waste your time or money. They are ruthless and unscrupulous. Still fighting to have my $1300 refunded. Have received absolutely nothing in return.

Like other reviews I've read, I too fell prey to a very good sales pitch saying how vulnerable my health care practice is to litigation. My natural skepticism kept me from committing to their entire program fee but I did allow a one-time fee of $150.00. This fee, I was told, would hold my account open to the seminar price so long as they fulfilled my request for more information in the form of a webinar.
