Leland’s personal story of building deliverable living spaces began in 1993 when he built the first 10 cabins for Jellystone Camp Grounds. In 2003 Leland Ulrich and his cousin, Corey Yoder, founded Leland’s Industries. While backyard storage sheds were their primary product, they noticed their customers were purchasing these sheds to finish them out for living space—many customers even came to them wanting custom-built cabins.
