I bought a Brazos that was delivered Dec 2019. The cabin looks great. However, I have a laundry list of issues, including leaking windows and doors, leaking plumbing, pine resin dripping from the ceiling, among others. I've emailed Customer Service, but have not received a reply in months. I hope others have better luck than I have. I could have spent less with another builder, and at this point, I'm kinda wishing that's what I had done.
I was telling everyone how much I love my cabin and I do but your customer service sucks when you have issues with things.finally talked to someone Wednesday and I'm still waiting to hear back from them..I have had an issue with a gfci outlet in one my bathrooms and now I have another one giving me problems..if I wouldn't have opened my freezer last night I could have lost several hundreds of dollars of meat. bottom line customer service is terrible and therefore I will not be recommending to buy from y'all
I was really looking forward to possibly owning a Leland Cabin. But after reaching out twice (the first time with no response and the second time Dalton took my information but never got back with me) and receiving no service...
