Arlon was my representative today to help me pay my monthly payment. He is honestly the most sweetest representative I’ve ever come across on here. He was so understanding about being about 15 days late and I was able to make the payment no problem. He was very kind throughout this process. I had messed up and gave him the wrong card number twice. But he had no problem helping me out even though it could’ve been an annoyance.
