Lendbuzz representatives are always very helpful, patient, and friendly when calling about anything! Today I was helped by Arlon, he was very kind and helped me with some problems I had in regards to my payments, he explained everything, and gave me good solutions and helped me solve my problem all in less than 10 minutes! I never have to wait more than 3 minutes to get in contact with a representative or to get transferred to a different department.
