I joined this company because they said after 4 or 5 months I was assured they would be able to make a loan, 6 months in and now told to try again after 24 months???? 24 months I can get a conventional loan. They knew my work history, the knew my income, there were no surprises, nothing changed, they knew everything when I started. These HAVE to be fake reviews. This company is predatory and finds barely legal loopholes to charge usurious interest rates. They also make it extremely difficult to get information about your account and make payments. I have had three instances where I made a payment online and received a confirmation that it was successful and received statements from them saying my account is in good standing. Then when it's too late I find out the payment "wasn't received" and now I'm late and they report me to the credit bureaus.
Horrible called and harrassed me all day to tell me I was delinquent when THEY mad a data entry error on the debit account information. RUDE NASTY UNEDUCATED ILLEGALS WORKING THERE. dont speak english very well and they really dont care about the customers. Bunch a spics that got rich and now they think they own the world.
In my opinion, this was the WORST company that I had ever tried to obtain a loan from. Carlos Flores was truly unprofessional, never gave me a response to see if qualified for a loan. I ended up having to email him the next day to check the status of the loan process and he told me that it did not go through, which I was completely fine with but at least the decency and customer service skills to get in touch with the customer letting them know it didn’t process through. LendingUSA is either a SCAM COMPANY WHO IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION, A COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMPANY, OR BOTH. This experience has pretty much set me off of getting any type of loan all together, outside of the major banks that is. I AM ASTOUNDED AT WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH WITH THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT CALL THEMSELVES A BUSINESS. Solid - at first - downhill from there
My credit was pulled twice and the girl at the told me it was only a "soft" pull. I was lied to about the process and my credit score went down because of it.
The site is confusing and the APR for a loan is way too high. Everything should be located on one site, not a third party/different site.
Absolutely horrible, customer service tells me they'll handle something then I get a call everyday from someone else in customer service saying I have to pay them more money. No one is communicating to one and other, or fixing the problem. I will never get or recommend this loan company to anyone.
