Sent me multiple messages saying I was pre-approved. I filled out some info and requested a loan. It was denied. The next day, I received a message that they had another option. I called and spent an hour going through the same things as the day before to get the same answer. Why keep spamming me and wasting my time. I've blocked them in email and phone and reported as spam.

I just took a loan from LendingUSA, and was charged a hidden fee of 8% of the total loan amount. This was rolled into the loan principal amount. It was called Loan Origination Fee. This was despite my requests of sharing any hidden fee info before I signed the documents. Would not recommend them.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is crooked, dishonest, and down right shameful. I had asked to be on the pandemic assistance and for them to put a hold on my account for a couple months. They agreed and said they would send me the paperwork but that it would take some time to send since they were understaffed. I waited and waited and called and called and was told that "don't worry" "your account is still in good standing", "you will get the paperwork soon". DO NOT use this company, try finding another method because they are horrible people. They messed up my credit by reporting that I had a delinquent account with them. I have tried to solve the issue and spoke with different people, gave them proof that after they reported this credit cards account were closed for me and this was their response: They fixed the issue (After a month it showed that I was in good standing but int he mean time my credit was affected and accounts were closed), they are not responsible for making it... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took a loan out in September, 2019. In June of 2020, I realized the company had been charging me twice EVERY MONTH. When I called them, I was hung up on 7 times in a row before finally having a meaningful conversation. Then, they told me that I set up two payment dates (which makes no sense because I don’t make much money and my significant other was out of work) and, since it was my fault, there was nothing they could do for me. Got a loan for a pet purchase. We were offered 6 months of 0% interest and a lower rate for military. We never received the 6 months 0% nor a lower rate that was advertised for us. When we called to pay the loan off in full, we asked about the 6 months and they said they give it back? Makes no sense and they didn't even give us a lower rate for paying the loan in full though they said we were getting one.
