This is my third experience of re-financing with Leonard and first since he is with a new mortgage company. I didn't think he could top himself but he did. The re-finance was near effortless with Leonard as a guide and mentor. The rate was as good as any other broker I could find and loan costs even better. I highly recommended Leonard Tucker as a lender. He was available to answer any question I had and made me feel like he cared for my best interest. My loan closed a day early and fees and closing cost were lower than expected.

I dont think I can say enough about Leonard. Not only was he very nice, very informative and very helpful but he was very supportive. For a first time home buyer doing it on my own and worried about making a wrong decision, he was very reassuring which was very important to me. Leonard went above and beyond multiple times and I probably wouldn't be a home owner if it wasn't for him.

I needed to refi our loan at lower interest rate that would justify my family's home refi process considering all closing costs. Leonard was superbly helpful to me. He Immediately locked my desired low interest rate when Market dipped only on one single day and never again reached that low, afterwards. Also, he was very forthright, transparant, and accommodating with closing costs and loan closing procedure. I highly recommend leonard Tucker.

Leonard did an excellent job of doing our mortgage refinance in May 2017. He is very good with numbers and calculations and was very accurate at giving us estimates on our new loan. We would use him anytime in the future if and when we need to get another loan or refi. We highly recommend him.
