Leonard did an excellent job of doing our mortgage refinance in May 2017. He is very good with numbers and calculations and was very accurate at giving us estimates on our new loan. We would use him anytime in the future if and when we need to get another loan or refi. We highly recommend him.
After numerous attempts by loan officers from big banks and small firms to refinance my house, Leonard was the only one that could structure my loan and successfully close it. I'm self-employed and have a complicated financial profile. Leonard sorted through all of the documentation and made sense of it. He was very responsive and knowledgeable during the process. Ended up saving me tons of money and shaving off a few years of my mortgage.
