Laurie and Chris Chilelli were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect mountain house. They represented us at the inspection and followed up on all the necessary repairs in our absence. The Chilelli’s arranged for all of the paperwork to be handled remotely. Everything went very smoothly due to their professionalism and knowledge. We would most definitely recommend these buyers agents to anyone looking for a house or property in their areas.

Leslie sold our house in three months. We did everything remotely and didn’t even meet Leslie until two days before the closing. She and her staff were great! They cleaned the house, found a contractor to fix what the buyers wanted. They did everything! I never had to worry about coordinating people. The buyer was an old client of hers. Instead of trying to be a dual agent, she elected to have them use a buyers agent instead. She could have made double the money but chose to have ethics instead. I would use her again.

We have worked with Leslie over the past several years as we looked for homes in the high country. We have been nothing but impressed with Leslie and her team. So professional, prompt and they really go the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of. We just purchased a home and it went so much smoother than anything we expected.
