Margaret was a dream to work with! She was very responsive and walked me through the entire process of purchasing my vacation home. She is super knowledgeable about the area and dedicated to finding the best home match for each of her clients. She views each house she shows with an eye as if she would be purchasing it herself, which gave me great confidence in making the choice I did. We absolutely LOVE Margaret Holder. Margaret went above and beyond in helping us find our dream get away home in the mountains. She is extremely knowledgable of the area and was very intuitive in knowing what we were looking for. Margaret is very professional although you feel like you have made an instant friend, she is honest and forthcoming and very on top of every little detail. Buying our dream mountain house was such a great experience because of Margaret!

Mary was our realtor when we bought our first home. We were very thankful to have such a knowledgeable and experienced realtor to help guide us thru that journey. Buying a house is a stressful experience but Mary eased that stress every way she could. Even thru a pandemic when social distancing was keeping us from seeing certain houses on our list, Mary worked it out with the owners so we could get the best chance to see our options. Mary went above and beyond! She was incredibly patient and diligent as we explored our options in the area. She was also a tremendous help in finding inspectors and getting information for us. We've bought several homes and very few people are willing to go the extra mile the way she will. We are so grateful to have found her!

We began to search for a second home in the Beech Mountain,Sugar Mountain and Boone area in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the corona virus pandemic in a sellers market with very limited inventory which made our search even more difficult.
