Meg was very patient as we wandered around. We knew what we needed and she showed us our options. The recliners were the easy part! We even browsed the adjustable beds and took the plunge. Meg’s knowledge made us comfortable in making the correct choice. Looking forward to delivery day!
Just had our BEAUTIFUL comfy furniture delivered today! The 2 delivery guys were wonderful. Very careful and considerate of our furniture and our home. Very friendly and professional. Alyssa that helped us at the store was beyond patient with me and so helpful. Absolutely loved our experiences with Levin. Highly recommend and will definitely shop there first every time.
The salesman Hector was professional and got us everything we were looking for at a fantastic price. We took advantage of the 12 months same as cash. Just thrilled with the quality and look of our new sectional couch.
I bought a couch in 2022 and got their protection plan. My rep told me it covers “anything” with the exception of animal damage. He went as far to say I could accidentally cut a hole in the fabric and be covered. I go to file a claim this week for frame and fabric damage from moving, and now I’m being told this isn’t covered. Best customer service can do is a prorated return on the five year warranty. I’m pretty ticked about this. I wouldn’t have bought the warranty if I wasn’t told it covered everything.
We worked with salesperson Don. She was extremely informative and helped us with all aspects of our purchase. I would highly recommend Levins in Niles if you are in the market for furniture. Thank you Don for great customer service.
