I was lucky enough to get a great sales person in the Niles, OH store. Reese was a joy from initial greeting, to walking me around the store, answering all questions and being patient enough to help me with my indecisiveness. Then when I went back in to order, he helped me match material for pillows and eventually putting my order through and explaining all charges and going over all selections. Whole process was great!!
