The sales team (Jeff Heston) did a great job, answered all our questions and provided prompt and courteous attention to our questions. The bed was delivered today and we are anxiously waiting to sleep on it tonight!

Sales person was very knowledgeable & took time to show me headboards as well as look up adapter for frame to headboard. Pillows were not in stock. Would highly recommend my sales person

The salesperson was great. We got a great deal on a bed and night stand. We were able to pick it up next day at store. They wrapped it very well so it didn't get damaged on the way home. Excellent experience.

We went into the store to purchase a dresser. The service was ok, but after purchasing they were not able to ship the dresser to the store that was near us. We have to drive almost a hour away to pick it up. We bought other stuff from the Mentor location and we never had to drive somewhere else to pick up an item.
