We were greeted upon arrival in the showroom by Kelly Hayes-Burgan. She allowed us to view the sectionals in the showroom …allowing us time and space…..and reminded us that she was available for questions. She assisted us by answering questions about the reclining sectionals as well as its operation! She drew up a quote …because we needed to remeasure the area for the new sectional for our family room….She gave us the option to return to complete the transaction or complete it online! We were very pleased with our salesman Scott Evanoff. He explained the Z Recliner very well and was able to answer all of our questions. He promptly answered our phone call and met us today to further answer the rest of our questions. Forest was my salesman. He was wonderful. Not pushy like some. He was very helpful and really helped find what I was looking for and at the price I wanted to be in and he never tried to talk me into going out of my price range. For me and my expectations for a salesman I want to deal with he gets a ten out of ten stars

I loved my experience from the moment I walked in. I was nervous about getting tackled at the door by sales people. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and just wanted to browse with no pressure.
