I needed a new TV cabinet after my old TV quit working. I found exactly what I wanted at Levin. I was also very impressed with the furniture displayed in the store, although at this time I am not in need of any stuffed furniture. Scott Evanoff was the salesperson who assisted me. He was very helpful and friendly while I was shopping, and not pushy about buying anything. I will definitely be back if I need anything in the future. I walked into store and was greeted by an associate. I told him I was there to purchase a couch. I was not rushed while looking around store and found want I was looking for. Staff was great! Will be back for another purchase

We did spend more than expected but our sales person was kind, caring and gave her time plus expertise on mattresses. She provided time to talk, look at a variety of mattresses and then decide on what we wanted. Mrs. Hoffman did an excellent job plus she made the sale.

When we walk in first person asked if we need any help was Forest Mechling. He did came over again did find what I was looking for and I sure did. He explained about the Hot sales was going on. I did find the couch that I like and he took care of me. The customer service was excellent.
