I walked into store and was greeted by an associate. I told him I was there to purchase a couch. I was not rushed while looking around store and found want I was looking for. Staff was great! Will be back for another purchase

We did spend more than expected but our sales person was kind, caring and gave her time plus expertise on mattresses. She provided time to talk, look at a variety of mattresses and then decide on what we wanted. Mrs. Hoffman did an excellent job plus she made the sale.

When we walk in first person asked if we need any help was Forest Mechling. He did came over again did find what I was looking for and I sure did. He explained about the Hot sales was going on. I did find the couch that I like and he took care of me. The customer service was excellent.

I had been to multiple furniture stores, including Lavin and MENTOR and I was looking for two club chairs and a loveseat or a small couch in leather. Everyone told me nothing came in leather. Nothing that I wanted came in leather. I decided since I was out in Middleburg Heights that I would go to the Middleburg Heights store and met up with a sales rep by the name of Bill Myers. We first met Sung Lee about a week ago in search of new chairs. He wasn’t pushy but instead quite knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what we wanted and needed. After doing more comparison shopping, we went back to Levin, asked more questions and made up our minds to purchase two rocking chairs. Dealing with Sung made furniture shopping a pleasant experience.
