George Sabo sold us a Beautyrest mattress. He was an amazing 5 star Salesperson. He wasn’t pushy and helped us select the perfect model. I, however, was disappointed with the manager that had to override an item on the computer invoice for George. He did not greet us nor ask if we were satisfied with the process. No eye contact whatsoever. You would think that he was bothered by selling a $4000 mattress! Terrible customer service from the manager.

No return policy posted in store for adjustable beds. Salesman didn’t mention that they were non refundable. Tried to use it for 5 days and have more pain in my back and hips than before. Tried to return it and spoke with the manager Steve who said he wasn’t returning it. No negotiations, gave us a corporate number which just goes to voicemail. No return call.
