One of the best experiences in customer service I have ever had. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially Joe Faiella, he was extremely pleasant to talk with and made our visit to the store comfortable and made us feel welcomed. He gave excellent knowledge of the watches I looked at. His help and attitude led me to buying a new watch. I look forward to coming back to this store in Savannah for a future purchase. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
It was very good, I didn't know what to look for and didn't know what to ask but was welcomed into the store and given the best service anyone could ask for.
