The whole experience was great! From the greeting when I entered to the selection of the watch band and to the assurance of a phone when the bands arrived.
I was impressed from walking in the door, several greetings from the associates, to receiving very attentive responses to my questions. The sales sssociated and mangers made me look forward to returning to complete purchases.
I reached out to levy jewelers and got an email from Lorie Wurm. When I finally went in person, she was wonderful in explaining all my options for turning diamonds from a ring into stud earrings. She showed me examples of these options and the final product was stunning. These were exactly- no, even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend Lorie and Levy jewelers.
