Verified Renter For the most part, it is a nice place to live. A lot of amenities. Pool, work out room. The electric bill is very reasonable. The people in the office especially Betsy are very accommodating. It’s a nice quiet community, with nice neighbors. I’ve always owned a home, so this a different experience for me. It’s good but with having a large dog that’s the only drawback. He doesn’t have a backyard to run in.
