Verified Renter I just got the keys yesterday. I would like to thank Tonya and Justin for their help. From knowing nothing at the beginning to their patient explanation and help, I am no longer so entangled. The staff in the office are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I am very happy to live here.

Verified Renter Overall I think these apartments are average and definitely need work, yet are more than acceptable to live in. I do think the price is a little high for what they are.
Verified Renter I used to manage a 37 unit apartment complex in Ferndale- for 11 years. So, I appreciate when things are done well in running these apartments- and they are done well here. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Lexington to any apartment searchers.

Verified Renter My first apartment in the complex wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, so when my lease was up Betsy found me an apartment that was perfect for me! It was updated, and even bigger than my other apartment. I love being on a courtyard. It’s almost like having your own backyard! Very pleased with the rent price also. I lucked out. Verified Renter Very friendly staff, the neighbors and community are nice as well, they have a laundry room here with multiple washers and dryers which I’ve never seen before at any other apartment complex so I really like that, plus there’s a washer/dryer in the basement as well of course. I like how there’s quick access to the freeway to get to work too. The move in was quick and I’m thankful Betsy was there to help me with everything!
