Normal Maintenance Is was great working with BJ. He explained everything and the work was completed on time. Excellent loaner vehicle. Car was cleaned prior to return.

Great listening! I had my 2009 RX350 towed to the dealership after watching my whole electrical system come to a halt - luckily as I pulled into a parking space in front of my house. I called BJ Ivey early the next morning before calling AAA. After the car was looked at, BJ called to tell me it was the battery. I was so relieved.
