Master Brandon Franck did a fantastic job arranging our recall and maintenance service. Had a loaner that didn't have full tank of gas. Filled it to the same level prior to return but was charged for fill up. Thankfully Brandon credited charge promptly. The loaner was also very dirty in the interior. Would've been 5 star rating overall except loaner spoiled it.
Bellevue Lexus 1st class Service Excellent relationship with both Service and Sales. They listen to best understand the issues and then turn the car around quickly. Alternator service Easy to make an appointment for service with Brandon. Got the alternator on my 2006 is350 in under 2 hours and surprisingly cheaper than other service mechanics which I did not expect.
Recall Took the car in for a recall. Had to bring the car in with less than 1/4 gas. Got a loaner and the car was done on the same day. Car was also fully fueled. I would have liked for Lexus to do a better job of cleaning the interior.

I own a 2015 Lexus IS350 F Sport AWD and I continue to love it simply because the service department specialist Aj Sparks treats me and my car with the utmost professional attention and it shows! My car still looks and runs like a brand new car because of him and Lexus of Bellevue! 20,000 Mile Service - Worked With AJ It was easy to make an appointment. There was a good place to wait inside during the 2-hour service period where I could get some work done. Bellevue Lexus provides free wifi link. Got a good post-service report by AJ when service was done. My car was washed and cleaned inside and out.
Great customer service Sam was very professional and explained in detail about what was going on with my car. He was informative and made me feel comfortable that it wasn't just a sales transaction. I like honest people who aren't just trying to get me to get service that I don't need. The flow of my experience was easy going and I was told how long it was going to take. I also like that the dealership was clean.
