We had never owned a Lexus but after several positive recommendations we decided to begin our search for a new car at Lexus of Dayton. RecommendedNot a bad experience, price was right. My only concern is with the addition of Lojack on the contract. While signing the contract I was told that I had authorized Lojack on the initial paperwork. I was not informed adequately where I authorized it. They also really tried hard to get me to buy gap insurance which would add an additional $30 per month. I understand they want to add incidentals to increase margins, but I really just want full disclosure before signing. Also nobody contacted me about what to even do with the Loj... read more
