We found ourselves in a somewhat desperate situation when our SUV was hit from the rear at a stoplight and totaled. We had never owned a Lexus but after several positive recommendations we decided to begin our search for a new car at Lexus of Dayton. We were immediately greeted by Alexia, a wonderfully patient and knowledgeable salesperson. She worked tirelessly to find the best RX 350 to meet our needs. Not a bad experience, price was right. My only concern is with the addition of Lojack on the contract. While signing the contract I was told that I had authorized Lojack on the initial paperwork. I was not informed adequately where I authorized it. They also really tried hard to get me to buy gap insurance which would add an additional $30 per month. I understand they want to add incidentals to increase margins, but I really just want full disclosure before signing. Also nobody contacted me about what to even do with the Loj... read more

We recently moved to Ohio from Florida. We own two Lexus cars. a 2021 ES250 AWD and a 2010 IS 250 with 193,000 miles. Got the 40,000 service on the 2021 ES today. Ryan is my service advisor. He and everyone do a fantastic job taking care of our cars. They sent me a message video of the technician explaining everything including tire treads, brakes, and other things. My experience has consistently been positive every time I take my car in for routine service. Communication is excellent. They keep me updated and answer my questions. They are hospitable and friendly and keep my car in good working condition.
