Being a Lexus customer for 30 years, I have become use to excellent customer service and was not disappointed with my recent purchase. Lexus handled the finance to my satisfaction by getting terms that were not afforded to me previously. Kudos to Alexia for hanging in with me a retired salesperson. She was marvelous. As expected, a great experience.
