Battery was left very loose though, and car failed to start the next day. Called roadside assistance for a jump, battery was working just not screwed in. 5 Star : Customer Service Super nice

The LG team went above and beyond, even driving to their parts supplier to get a missing part so that I could have my car back when they’d promised I would.
