0 Star : My Experience No need to contact me! I was almost completely satisfied. There was just some confusion around the timing of the repair, and I probably would have gone for the cheaper option for the part if I had known the actual timing. Plus when I called once, the person at the desk at the time got a little frustrated with me. No big deal, and there you have it.
0 Star : My Experience I am not satisfied because I received an estimate for the repairs and after I drop my vehicle I received a call to let me know that the cost will increase for about 50% more. Basically half of the damage still on my car. Now I have to leave with this. This is my first time I use your repair shop and maybe the last time.
