Kate, Emily, Ben, and the whole team that worked on our mortgage were wonderful. They took the time to explain all the particulars, so we totally knew what we were getting ourselves into! They were extremely thorough and helpful. One of the things that made our offer so competitive was the fact that the seller wanted a quick close, and Kate was able to get our loan together in record time. My entire process was in short, long and difficult. There were several snags along the way. However, Harry was very helpful throughout the entire process and did an excellent job keeping me in the loop on everything. As a first time buyer I also didn’t fully understand a lot of what was going on. Harry did a great job in explaining things to me so I wasn’t walking into things with my eyes shut. Buying a home was stressful, but having a great loan officer took a lot of the pressure off my shoulders.

Being my first home purchase and not knowing a whole lot, Rob did an incredible job of walking me through the process and making sure that I was informed on what I was doing.
