Leland helped my wife and I buy our first home in the Cleveland area. From the beginning Leland was extremely helpful with everything that we needed or had questions about. He never acted like a question we had was a bad one and he was always super responsive and supportive. He made the first home purchase feel less scary. I could not recommend Leland enough. If you are a first time home buyer, Leland is the way to go.

Very responsive with all questions and let me know all steps in the process. New the process and new to the market, Kate provided mortgage 101, helped me understand payment breakdowns, and then held my nervous hand during the closing process.
