Very responsive with all questions and let me know all steps in the process. I just purchased my first home with Kate and team. New the process and new to the market, Kate provided mortgage 101, helped me understand payment breakdowns, and then held my nervous hand during the closing process. Nothing was unexpected which is a true testament to their buyer preparation. Kate, Emily, and Ben made an exciting but nerve-wracking process seamless and dare I say enjoyable. 10/10 recommend!
