Hi My name is William Phan and I love the Library of Congress the Government Staff there are very kind unlike the Senate Staff who are very rude and mean to me because I dressed in ordinary citizens clothes to the Capitol which is Public Property I can dress however I please and I attend the National Museums quite frequently I am an active donator to the Museums! I look forward to the future quest items from the Federal Government and Her Agencies
