Get directionsI would recommend speaking to multiple people to see if this is what your loved one needs. The community doesn't always follow instructions and at times the care was lacking.
Staff was very pleasant and seemed to know all of the residents well. Comfortable environment and residents seemed very happy and engaged. I did not try the food. Rooms were sufficiently sized and priced fairly well. Not a lot of bells and whistles ( no pool or theater room) but a list of nice activities.

We're glad your experience with Lincoln Village was a positive one. Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and guests is very important to us. Thank you for your comments!
Was able to schedule an earlier tour due to unexpected day off. Was very impressed with this facility but had my doubts because when it was first open my father-in-law was here and he was not happy with the turnover of caregivers but he has been there for 9 months. They have a new director and the staff contains caregivers who are steady good workers. Saw that when someone needs to leave the desk they call someone else to cover for them. And the nurse that is relatively new is awesome. This will be a good fit for my dad sinc... read more

We are delighted that your father-in-law is so doing well at Lincoln Village. Providing a positive, supportive and safe environment for our residents is very important to us, and having the right staff members is a big part of that. We appreciate your comments!
I enjoy the activities for my mom and the staff make an effort to invite or encourage her. They have music performances, church gatherings, and they are doing a nice job with how they plan activities. The staff are very positive. We like that this community is active, that's important to us and she choose how active as she wants to be. The communication needs to be better which they are working on. Another is ensure that medications are given with plenty of water and food to not cause one to be uncomfortable.
We are not happy with this community. We had to pay for extra days when she had not moved in. We had to sign before she got in. The room was much smaller than what we informed. They did not take care of my mom's need. They did not give medications for 2 weeks. They are always changing staff. Manager is not helpful. I would recommend this community for others.
Everything is going well for my aunt since her move into Heritage Lincoln Village. It has been a positive experience for us so far. The staff is very good at what they do, and has been kind and helpful to my aunt. It is a very clean place. The community is brand new, and everything is still pretty spotless. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, and my aunt partakes in the ones she enjoys. There has been an issue with the food getting to my Aunt cold, but I have addressed these concerns with the s... read more
We are happy with them. They are pretty good at making sure the residents know what activities are going on and getting them involved, and encouraging them to meet people. The food is very good, we are enjoying it. We chose this because of the location, it's worked out pretty well so far.
It's just one tall building with a lot of empty space around it, just care grass, but it is newer and I've heard that a lot of people are moving here from other places because it is newer. But we didn't like that there was nothing around it and was bare.
