I refinanced with with PRMI because my previous home loan company (Mr. Cooper) bought me unnecessary flood insurance, without my permission, draining my escrow. PRMI not only assured me that I didn't need flood insurance, but they offered me a great interest rate. I then checked for red flags, such as not being able to pay the loan off early, some hidden variable interest rate, or unexpected charges, but found none.
