When I saw that interest rates were going to drop, I looked into refinancing and got a quote from a couple of companies. When the one I had decided to go with inquired for the payoff of my mortgage with PRMI. Linda called me and asked if she could give me a quote without knowing what I had received from the other company. The quote she gave me was even lower and we decided to stay with PRMI. We had a couple of "hiccups" along the way, but with Linda's professionalism everything finished great.
