Lindsay was more than a real estate. She was a friend when we really needed one. Buying a home is extremely stressful and as first time homebuyers she had to talk us off the ledge more than once. Cannot think more highly of her as I sit in my first home because of all her hard work.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and did not know what to expect from the experience. Lindsay was extremely helpful in explaining every step of the process and being patient with us as we learned. The market we wanted to buy in was very competitive and Lindsay made sure we had up to date information on listings. I would recommend her to anyone because of her knowledge of the Pinellas County markets and experience in the area.

Lindsay was an amazing realtor to work with. She was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and trustworthy. She made herself available to show us listings and always came prepared with information about the house and neighborhood. She did an excellent job of negotiating on our behalf and advising us regarding financial concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Lindsay was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, she was there helping us along the way. We were first time home buyers so we weren't exactly sure what to expect with the whole process, but she made everything easy to understand. She is quick to respond, detailed, helpful and understanding. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Lindsay was great through the whole process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing. She walked me through the whole process with baby steps. She was never pushy and was always able to answer my questions. We looked at dozens of houses and she even took me back to one I really loved 4 times before I decided that it wasn't for me and offered on another house. It was wonderful working with her to find my first home!

Lindsay was extremely helpful and she listened to what we wanted in a house. She was very easy to get a long with and responded within a reasonable time no matter how many clients she had. I would go with her again if we were to move again. Her negotiation skills are amazing and she got us a great deal on a house in a prime location.
