So glad I chose Lindsay. I was a first time homebuyer, and she was with me every step of the way. I think this whole process was supposed to be stressful, but I never felt that, because she made it all easy. Lindsay exceeded our expectations as our buyer's agent. We started working with her in Pinellas County but couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. We met Lindsay at the local HOPE Expo after a bad experience with another Real Estate Agent. After our initial meeting with Lindsay and the through emails over the following weeks it became clear to us that Lindsay makes her client's concerns her top priority. Lindsay is an awesome Realtor. We could not have navigated the complexities of buying a home for the first time (and a short sale at that!) without her. We utilized a down payment assistance program and Lindsay's knowledge of all the timelines, deadlines, and special inspections that this type of program entails makes her, in our opinion, a huuuuuge notch above others! Lindsay was awesome. She only showed us homes in our price range and never tried to pressure us to go higher. She found us a home with all of our must haves inside of our price range. I could tell that she really wanted to find us our perfect home. Lindsay always worked with my husbands work schedule. We usually brought our three kids (ages 2.5 and twin 1.5) with us on showings. Lindsay was not only patient with us but also helped watch them so we could actually see the house.
