Lindsay and here team were very responsive and nice to work with. Unfortunately, we ran into a few glitches that were not our fault but Lindsay immediately took steps to get matters corrected and make up for the set back. Her willingness to appologize and make things right was refreshing and reassuring and I would highly recommend her because of this and her hard work to family and freinds.Ā
As everyone knows the loan process is now fraught with glitches and difficulities. We were purchasing a home out of state and Lindsay and her team made helped us successfully secure the financing we needed to get our new home. It was not without challenges and definitely was not seemless, but Lindsay took responsibility for her end of the transaction and made things right.Ā
