Greeted and left to browse but was available when we had questions. Followed through with call backs when I called. Called me when my product was in! Loaded the sofa and love seat when we came to pick it up! The whole experience was wonderful and I have told several people about my experience and recommended they shop there. Thank you for making my experience seamless
