I was very upset after I left here. I waited one year to get an appointment for a consultation with the doctor, waited an hour to see her when I got there and was then told she didn't want to meet with me until I quit smoking for 4 weeks (I indicated on my paperwork that I smoke 2 cigarettes' a day). Her assistant said I had to come back a pass a urine test and then she would meet with me. I was taken aback and very upset. This was just a consult for implants. she doesn't really want to help the patient she is condescending too bad
What could be more creepier than this. I wish I would have had my video going on my phone. Dr. Etherington had me put on a gown for my breast exam. When she opened the gown she said, "I wish I had ten year old breasts that looked like that." I was horrified. That is such an inappropriate comment. It's fine that she has certain personal preferences but don't creep on your patients.
Save yourself the time and headache. Go to a different Doctor and clinic altogether. The initial phone scheduling was the only positive experience. Dr Etherington with St Alphonsus Breast Care's first priority is not the patient. They make that very apparent .
