Time is important and Kory was right on time giving me updates as he approached. He was courteous and thorough. Our condominium association mandates a dryer vent cleaning every 2 years. I told Kory I was sure our vent was clean. He showed me a photo of the lint he removed, about a fistful. I was surprised. Vent cleaning is safety precaution. Spend the money to prevent a devastating fire.

The gentleman was very thorough and clean cut. Uniform for verification was nice! Explained everything he was going to do and then took pictures to show what he did and cleaned up and put everything back where it was and clean it up! Excellent service thank you
