Cleaned dryer vents on dryer and outside unit. So far no issues. Didn't get to see the pictures taken & screen removed from outside vent (still nervous about something getting in the vent). Kory was very professional. Explained what he was doing as he went along. Thank you.

We were referred to Lint Shark by the HOA and gave him a call not expecting to have anyone answer the phone but Peter did, told him we were getting a new washer and dryer the next day and he said well we need to get the vent done!
