There are many activities both on site and planned outings. Very clean and well kept. Fun atmosphere. Convenient gym, hair/nail salon on premise, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Apartments and upgraded and spacious and geared toward seniors. And everyone is so welcoming and friendly!
I was able to speak with a resident by chance and that was helpful. The tour and information provided was clear and thorough. I liked some of the new changes for example no point system regarding food. The addition of having to sign a lease and the amount to be on a wait list I think is high and more like assisted living. I recently went with a friend to visit his grandmother, and I have to say—I wanted to move in myself! She doesn’t have to cook or clean, transportation is provided, and there are different activities every day to keep residents engaged and active. The community smells wonderful, nothing like the typical elderly facility stereotype. Where to begin... The staff are just so delightful and are very kind to our special needs brother! They gave us great move in deals which honestly never occurred to us to ask but [name removed] from your org told me to ask for things like no move in fee which saved us $$$. When they found out we would have to pay 1 month of rent at his apartment after his move out they gave us 1 month free AND they honored the rent price of the previous ownership which saved hundreds per month. I met a number of staff people who were very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a lunch in their dining room, and given a tour of the facilities and apartments. The residents were friendly.
They were quite informative but the location of the rooms would not work for my sister but a very nice facility.
My mother has been a resident at Revel (now Liora), in Henderson Nevada, for approximately four years. When she first moved in, the food was consistently high quality, well-prepared, and something residents enjoyed. Unfortunately, since the property has changed ownership, there has been a noticeable and steady decline in the quality of the meals. Modern, clean, with a very friendly staff! Apartments are beautifully updated with full kitchens. The activity schedule is jam packed with trips/games/movies etc.
5 on all! Everyone from admin to staff to residents are incredibly friendly and caring. Food is great! So many activities to choose to do. Definitely keep the residents busy . There is a gym and physical therapy right on site. The apartments are beautiful and well cared for. In fact the entire facility is beautiful, clean, and built for seniors!
