I was moving to Ames from out-of-state and Lisa (and Alli) were absolutely amazing. They walked me through buying my first home from a different state. They assured me in my points of frustration and I felt totally prepared by the end of it all. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that asked. It meant a lot to me that they took the time to get to know me in order to make me feel comfortable.
She was able to walk through the different options and let us decide what kind of loan we would be comfortable with. She would check in with us frequently on what documents were needed and what to expect in the coming weeks.
Lisa was incredible to work with, super nice/friendly, went above and beyond all expectations - wonderful getting to know her, kept us up to date at all times, the best!!
Lisa Severseike was always so prompt in answering questions, incredibly knowledgeable but always approachable. We needed to close very soon, within one month and Lisa was so prompt in making everything happen yet at the same time was always so calm. We very much enjoyed our experience and would recommend Lisa to anyone.
