We moved to Radcliffe from Colorado and the process was extremely easy and almost stressless between the team qnd our realtor. We moved in earlier than expected, super helpful for us to be able to start our new life here on a positive foot! Cant recommend this lender enough!
I was moving to Ames from out-of-state and Lisa (and Alli) were absolutely amazing. They walked me through buying my first home from a different state. They assured me in my points of frustration and I felt totally prepared by the end of it all. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that asked. It meant a lot to me that they took the time to get to know me in order to make me feel comfortable.

Lisa Severseike was always so prompt in answering questions, incredibly knowledgeable but always approachable. We needed to close very soon, within one month and Lisa was so prompt in making everything happen yet at the same time was always so calm. We very much enjoyed our experience and would recommend Lisa to anyone.
