Lisa Severseike was always so prompt in answering questions, incredibly knowledgeable but always approachable. We needed to close very soon, within one month and Lisa was so prompt in making everything happen yet at the same time was always so calm. We very much enjoyed our experience and would recommend Lisa to anyone.

Lisa made the financing part of the home buying process effortless. She has great advice for new home buyers and really knows the business! We chose the USDA Loan and Lisa made sure we had everything we needed to be approved. They cared, that is what was important! She and staff explained the process very well. Very easy to work with. Having gone through a divorce funds were limited, they understood and helped find the loan right for me. Many years ago I worked with them on a refinance on a previous home. My only misstep was listening to a friend, they recommend another lender, what a mistake. Going back to work with Lisa and staff was the best. Without them, I would have not bought the home I'm in today.
