Lisa is fantastic! As a first time home owner this whole process has been very nerve racking as well as exciting. She has helped us through every step and answered any and all questions I have ever had. She makes the process easy and puts my mind at ease that I have a strong person in my corner when buying this house! She is the only person I will ever use in the future and I would insist that everyone go to her for any and all needs!!!

Lisa made the financing part of the home buying process effortless. She has great advice for new home buyers and really knows the business! We chose the USDA Loan and Lisa made sure we had everything we needed to be approved. Definitely not a lender who is just in it for business, her knowledge and passion for the mortgage business truly shows.

They cared, that is what was important! She and staff explained the process very well. Very easy to work with. Having gone through a divorce funds were limited, they understood and helped find the loan right for me. Many years ago I worked with them on a refinance on a previous home. My only misstep was listening to a friend, they recommend another lender, what a mistake. Going back to work with Lisa and staff was the best. Without them, I would have not bought the home I'm in today.

We have now used Lisa as our lender for the purchase of two houses. She and her office are awesome!!! Our first time working with Lisa was to purchase our first house, which we were buying from out of state as we moved to Iowa. Our second purchase required us to close the sale for our previous house on the same day as we purchased our new house. Lisa did a great job. This is my second home purchase with her and both have gone very smoothly. She checks out every angle in respect to what type of loan is right for you. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Lisa on two transactions and both were good experiences! It is nice to have someone that does a good job answer questions simply and is organized throughout a home buying process that can get overwhelming. I would recommend her for sure.

Lisa and her team went above and beyond for my husband and me (and the other buyers and sellers in our situation) through this FSBO experience! It was so comforting to know that I had someone to go to with thorough knowledge of the process and didn't feel like just another customer in the real estate world. We bought our first home with Lisa and didn't hesitate to go back to her for our second (and hopefully life long) home!
