Extremely disappointed. I initially loves this office. I went in for a check up with my 1 year old daughters for a check up, where we were informed she had a cavity in progress. I was told her tooth would rot no matter what abs that there was nothing I could do except apply a gel fluoride toothpaste. Parents are not allowed back with their 3yo toddlers for their 1st visit. Zero compassion and no alternatives offered... I was told the appt was being canceled and that was it.

I would not recommend Little Apple to anyone. I was told on the phone, there were large windows that I could see my son through when he went back. That was not true. This was our first time here, the hygienist just took my son back, didn't introduce herself or make us feel welcome. When they called me back to talk about my son it was very negative and uncomfortable. When the dentist came in, she didn't care to introduce herself to me or discuss anything, it was an exam and she was out the door. We will not be back.
make sure you have sound proof doors when trashing the parents in your morning meetings .... completely unprofessional

RecommendedFinally a place I feel comfortable taking my kid to. The staff is very nice and good with kids. They tell you everything they are doing before they take your kid back. I’m completely satisfied with my experience at Little Apple and so happy I made the switch. My son had no complaints either which is a huge relief. I would definitely recommend.
