RecommendedThe dentist & other staff are very effective in prevention & treating ailments & the overall healthy hygiene of the teeth in children. They are also very knowledgeable in working with children. I also appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the timeliness of scheduling follow-up visits.
RecommendedHelpful personnel but they say they are open until noon. As a working parent driving across town to drop off paperwork only to find they are all locked up and no one is answering the phone at 11:25–very frustrating!

They weren't interested in seeing my daughter for an emergency because she wasn't an established patient. Also, they aren't open on Fridays so don't have an emergency on Friday. Seriously?
I don't recommend Dr. Underwood. she's very unprofessional. But Dr. Barth is awesome.
I have always had a positive experience there with Dr. Barth. Even when he would 'yell' at me for my nephews teeth. (Lives with gpa) He seen my son and daughter from a yr old. Then came Dr. Underwood.... I didn't get a good impression of her the first time. She pretty much told me how to raise MY children...needs to quit drinking juice. While I explained her medical issues to her, she couldn't care less. SHE NEEDS TO QUIT DRINKING JUICE. I need to restrain her to brush her teeth twice a day. Don't trust to leave your child inside with those assistants, not all of them are nice! They are mean to your child and saying mean words! And the service takes forever even just a check-up with very small waiting area for kids.
This was the most horrific experience of my life as a child. To this day I am terrified of the dentist and have unbelievable anxiety. I use to see Dr. Barth.
