These folks are just the best! Always fair and very informative. And seem to be able to get my car in for service so far earlier than other places.
First let me say that this was the friendliest garage I've been to in a long time. The tech spilled something in my truck and they were on it when I brought it to their attention. Here's the problem, they use a impact to put the lug nuts on and don't use a torque wrench or stick. I check everything before going on a trip. The lugs were torqued to 120ft lbs! I needed a breaker bar and a cheater bar to break them loose! If I had a flat on my trip I would have been stuck on the side of the road!

A dealership said I needed a ton of work done on my fully-functional, fully-up-to-date-with-maintenance Odyssey van. The little garage checked out all of the things that were wrong and found nothing to be concerned about. Glad I got the second opinion! They have a customer for the rest of my vans life!
